1. Establish a clear, data-driven vision & business strategy.
2. Run a full P&L, Balance Sheet and developed business strategy from a primary stage or ground zero.
3. Develop trust based relationship and build strategical partnership with the global key client, and drive business alignment and readiness for business investment in light of customer's business strategy.
4. Coach, motivate, develop associates at all levels to successfully perform role requirements and develop succession plans.
5. To take charge key account management, oversee all business operation for the optimal use of available people and resources to provide optimal business value to our customer.
6. Responsible for managing transformation projects in terms of process, system, efficiency, new tech or competency perspective by leveraging cross-functional resources
7. Work cross-functionally with all business units across platform to share good practices and drive value.

- 1~3 years technology roadmap and cabbcon product road map development for "high-speed-cable-assemblies" market segments
- Participate in industry trade organizations and trade shows worldwide and stay abreast of the technology trends, product trends and industry trends
- In response to customers’ RFI or RFQ, lead RD team and marketing team to come up with most feasible and competitive architecture of implementation that meets the PRD (product requirements document) of said RFI or RFQ
- Be an active member of industry standards bodies or trade organizations and a contributor to new specifications development at those organizations
- To spot technology trends of the interconnect industry and foster company’s capability to ride on these trends for capturing new markets and new business
- To develop and form an aerial vision on interconnect industry in general and on applications in each particular connector and cable assembly technology for server and data center market s

 能與區域團隊有一致的目標，制定台灣組織策略及年度規畫、擬定各同仁工作目標並制定有效排程。
 針對台灣環境與國際議題能向台灣當地及亞太區總部提供明確建議。
 規劃及管理台灣當地的媒體活動與知名度推廣等的策略，並能與全球組織合作。
 跨部門合作、交流，彼此支援，並達成共同的目標。
 除了台灣本地的議題，亦須支援與全球組織的溝通資訊交流。
