• To be responsible for ensuring efficient processes are developed, implemented and continuously improved, giving rise to optimal operational productivity in Sales Dept.
• To expand and enhance the communications between distributors and company's by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information.
• To get connected with regional office and headquarter office for new or best practice implementation

• Ability to speak, read & write English.
• “Hands-on” but yet a good leader and motivator of a team with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision.
• Able to work in results orientated environment and meet tight deadlines.
