(3) Integration and coordination of project plans (company related units, architects and professional consultants, construction units, government authorities). (4) The research, planning and implementation of the progress of the project development plan and the preparation of the project cost budget to ensure that the project implementation complies with the development plan. (5) Handle the integrated review of planning and design, application for construction licenses, outsourced illustration documents, etc., supervise the project progress and quality construction review to ensure the smooth completion of the project with high quality.
