To manage all conception & scheming design of automotive product & evaluate the requirements for new product & determine the design plan
To organize research in new integrated technologies of automotive products with new EEA
To guide the development team & verify new technologies /architectures/product development
To guide the architectural design & communicate with clients or partners.
To manage the top level project issues & status-tracking & relevant mitigation plans
To coordinate with system design teams from silicon to system & SW design perspectives
To handle the related documents generation based on APQP process during development process.
To handle the SoC design specifications & test standards as required.
To handle the chip-level & system-level silicon validations & relevant certification.

Manage and guide multiple Mechanical Engineers/electronic Engineers teams, from concept through mass production.
Ensure adoption of best practices to create robust and desirable products.
Develop a technology roadmap to support future product development; design for technical depth and
innovative ideas and solve issues associated with the product development path using creativity and
smart designs.
Develop a collaborative and inclusive team; identify product issues and drive systematic corrective
actions, guide the troubleshooting for deign issues happening on ongoing projects, production and
returned failure unit; closely cowork with internal cross functions (PjM, NPI team, QA, tooling & jig team)
and external suppliers to make project smoothly go into production.
Map out the capability growth and development plan of team and memebers.

1. 熟悉NB電源產品規劃與相關電子電路設計，尤以buck converter經驗者
2. 產品規劃設計，並具相關理論基礎
3. 有隔離式Power產品開發經驗。
