工作职责

• Lead a team to develop new cleaning formulations for worldwide semiconductor customers
• Explore new formulation platform and new components through establishing fundamental understanding, data analysis, result interpretation, and design experiment
• Design and perform studies to characterize the interaction between a liquid solution and a solid surface, including metal, metal oxides and dielectric materials
• Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions on development of new methodology for characterzing surface chesmitry.
• Establish new methodology for tackling customers’ critical issues and support application developement
• Management of formulation development activities for cleaning solutions ranging from timelines, project planning and coordination of studies with other groups
• Collaborate with process engineers to design and conduct commercial process development studies, such filtration and purification

理想人选

• Ph.D. in chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry or material science
• Expereience in formulation development and cleaning solution for semiconductor application
• Knowledge about interfacial science respect to solid-liquid interaction and organometallic science
• DOE experience and Six Sigma cerification
• 0~5 year experience in semiconductor industry
• Good English & Chinese proficiency in speaking, writing and listening
• Ability to coach, train and lead others in the design, execution and interpretation of experiments to drive the definition and optimization of formulations
