2. Design of HR Mission, Strategies that focus on the aiming at company operation strategy.
3. Display strong understanding of business direction and characteristics, and be deeply involved in organizational change and human resource planning.
4. Work with RHQ and HQ, create and update policies, procedures and guidelines which are practical, pragmatic and commercial, factoring in customer requirements, administrative constraints, language differences and line/local manager capability.

6. Resolve complex ER issues.
7. Organize HR operations and lead HR team in executing international transfers, remuneration adjustments, and L&D services.
