1. Assists work with facility/utility crews to address the GMP documentation e.g. deviation, change control, CAPAs, internal audit, customer audit, and regulation audit.
2. To summarize the number of work order and maintenance activities per month.
3. Proactively follow the deviation and change control, and CAPAs. The face-to-face communication to the relevant department is necessary.
4. Update/revise/create the facility/utility maintenance works on BlueMountain system
5. Assist to prepare the qualification documentation and remind the qualification activities.
6. Update/revise/create the facility/utility SOP through the QUMAS
