ODM Sr. Business Executive /Business Development Manager: (1) Promote products/technologies and visit and develop domestic and foreign customers, process, compile and analyze customer needs, respond to RFQs and follow-up processing, develop new potential customers and achieve growth goals in each market.
• To plan and engage the distributors’ network with the promotion of local, regional and world-wide events and initiatives for Taiwan, including to organize corporate systematized training materials, as well as all other DMOs (Distributors’ Business & Daily Methods of Operations) for distributors to grow company's sales and distributors base. • To be responsible for ensuring efficient processes are developed, implemented and continuously improved, giving rise to optimal operational productivity in Sales Dept. • To expand and enhance the communications between distributors and company's by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information. • To get connected with regional office and headquarter office for new or best practice implementation
