1. Design and coordinate the implementation of compensation & benefit plans and systems;
2. Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help to ensure that policies, procedures, and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives, budgets and HR vision.
3. Educate, mentor and train HR partners on processes and professional practices within compensation and benefits areas.
4.• Conduct position evaluations in order to effectively benchmark with the market;
