Responsibilities
Understand customer behavior, business drivers, help develop product strategy and business cases and contribute to the production of an overall product delivery roadmap that aims to deliver on the key business strategy and goals
Influence the company’s product strategy to ensure our customers are well-served, and identify opportunities to enhance the overall experience
Understand the gaming industry (such as sportsbook, online casino, lottery …etc.) needs and anticipate their future needs
Keeping up to date on what competitors are up to in the online gaming area
Ensure high quality requirements for product enhancements
Work with various teams to create and launch a range of projects driving loyalty and revenue
Liaise with internal and external development teams to clarify development requirements
Liaise with internal testing team to ensure features are delivered as expected

Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience as a product manager at a software company, preferably overseeing complex, customer-facing products
Good understanding of the Product Owner role
Understanding of gaming customers, and their needs, wants and expectations
Experience translating business needs/business requirements in the context of software development both from a technical and customer facing view point
Well experience on mobile / web product features
Strong analytical and product management skills required
Understand how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
Ability to relate to both business and I.T specialists
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with UX/UI teams to produce high quality UX products as part of the product delivery process
Good understanding of the Product Owner role
