Responsibilities

• To Lead a team of managers and engineers including mechanical, electrical and software engineers developing
innovative video conferencing products
• Set and lead the vision for our video conference engineering team
• Provide technical guidance and oversight on multiple, parallel product development teams
• Work with technical experts in the team, and provide system architectural concept consultation with customer teams
• Able to work in flexible models with customers from CM, JDM to ODM
• work with the global R&D leadership team collaboratively and peer leaders of design centers throughout Asia,
Europe and North America to set an innovative, aggressive and efficient culture, policies, and product development
• Balance innovation, timely delivery of customer commitments, technical and commercial risks, and well-
being of team members while producing business results
• Able to lead efforts with key suppliers and partners. Under

1. 10年以上的產品研發經驗
