1. If TE has PE characteristics, it is better to find TE with product engineering experience.
2. Manufacturing supervisor qualifications, but with PE or TE or Fab experience
*Background requirements: BCH above electronic motor background, more than 15~18 years of experience, Strong/Tough management style.
