1. Be the team manager to promote and drive smart factory implementation
2. Perform team lead for new KM development and performance improving
3. Drive smart factory related team structure build up, KPI/ target setting, coaching team development and management
4. Design and implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning solution that support Fab/business/RD.. functions to improve the manufacturing productivity and engineering development
5. Co-work with user team from ML problem formulation, modelling to error analysis based on modelling result. Be able to perform data analysis through ML techniques, including various data types, such as: numeric, text and images and communicate with domain users for ML findings.
6. Perform the judgement of whether the business problems can be solved through Machine Learning and communicate the result with domain users for model explanation or error analysis.
7. Determine current and future manufacturing process improv

1.          Master’s degree in optical engineering field; PhD is preferred.
2.          6 years of experience in optical simulation & process development in consumer electronics field, e.g. Mobile phone camera/ARVR headset/Projector/3D sensing…etc
3.          Personal knowledge must broadly cover geometric & diffractive optics
4.          Major working experience in one of Geometric/Diffractive optics field
5.          Zemax/CodeV/Lumerical/RSoft – must familiar with one of them
