Responsibilities
1. Develop annual procurement plans and coordinate the formulation, execution and control of procurement department plans/strategies.
2. Familiar with the procurement operations of electronic/mechanical materials, international trade practices, supplier management and evaluation
3. Ability to forecast, evaluate, and negotiate prices for raw materials at home and abroad
4. Ability to analyze and control costs
