Responsibilities
Improve processes and efficiency within the chemical plant organization, provide leadership and integrate project management functions, oversee the execution and completion of process improvement projects, and coordinate multiple workflows.
Develop manufacturing technology maps, optimize production processes, implement more effective operating procedures, conduct ESG-related projects, and drive continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Analyze Operations Processes:
Identify opportunities for improvement, reduce inefficiencies and cost variabilities, analyze existing processes to enhance operational efficiency, and decrease costs.
2.Lead Activities:
Interact with operational teams across global sites, collaborate on process redesign.
3.Monitor Progress:
Track and evaluate the progress of changes to assess effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate
Ten years of experience in manufacturing.
Specialization in continuous improvement, management, or engineering positions.
Preferably in polymer plants.
