Responsibilities
Lead on all communications to customers relating to development progress and confirmed bulk production orders, ensuring all customer queries and requests are responded to in a timely manner and in accordance with KPIs.
Build and maintain strong internal relationship with the company’s Production team to ensure all customer orders are tracked and provide KPI reporting to Senior Leadership team for on-time delivery to customer.

Ideal Candidate
-Previous experience of textile product development process
-Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service Management, at least 5 years
-Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English. Ability to communicate and cooperate with people at all levels both internally and externally.
