1. Major in automation or engineering or business administration, college
degree or above
2. 8+ years working experience with managerial roles in sales, marketing
or related roles.
3. 15+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation or
IPC industries
4. Strong leadership with good business acumen, strategy analysis and
planning
5. With excellent organizational skills and a responsible, crossdepartmental working style
6. Long term career focus
7. Business English competency is required.
