Qualifications
Responsibilities
(2) Project development plan planning and implementation.
(3) Integration and coordination of project plans (company related units, architects and professional consultants, construction units, government authorities).
(4) The research, planning and implementation of the progress of the project development plan and the preparation of the project cost budget to ensure that the project implementation complies with the development plan.
(5) Handle the integrated review of planning and design, application for construction licenses, outsourced illustration documents, etc., supervise the project progress and quality construction review to ensure the smooth completion of the project with high quality.
Ideal Candidate
(2) Possess the ability to execute planning and design, as well as the ability to review construction drawings and budgets
(3) Possess the overall integration ability and professional knowledge of construction project development from start to completion
(4) Possess engineering interface coordination ability
(5) Familiar with the construction structure and specifications, methods and procedures of the project
(6) More than five years of relevant work experience (including more than three years of work experience in an architect firm), and experience in complete integration and completion of complex development projects (such as shopping malls, hotels, hospitals, etc.)
