Responsibilities

1. Develop organizational human resources planning based on the group’s human resources development strategy.
2. Develop, implement, supervise and improve the company's various labor and personnel systems.
3. Responsible for management work such as human resource planning, recruitment and appointment, salary, performance appraisal, talent development, employee relations and organizational development.
4. Establish, maintain and control the human resources system of overseas subsidiaries.

Ideal Candidate

1) Have more than 12 years of experience in human resources related work, including more than 5 years of experience as a human resources director.
2) Experience in establishing or operating a functional structure training system and performance management.
3) Be familiar with professional skills such as establishing a talent training and development system, organizing talent management processes, talent ability inventory, and talent development.
4) Those with potential for future growth and ambition.
5) Those with experience in the PCB industry are preferred.
