HR full function experience in International and intercultural environment, familiar with Operational HR, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development or HR Controlling.
As a HRBP, in charge of the contact for Division Head relative to HR topics within the division, and support people demands of the division
Plan, coordinate and cooperate with global Employee Development as well as regional / local HR.
Majored in Human Resource Management, 3-5 years of HR leadership, experience working in a tiered HR model is preferred.
