Qualifications

Responsibilities

 Highly HR full function and manager level experience in International and intercultural environment, familiar with Operational HR, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and HR Controlling.
 As a HRBP, in charge of the contact for Division Head relative to HR topics within the a large division, and support people demands of the Division
 Plan, coordinate and cooperate with global Employee Development as well as regional / local HR.

Ideal Candidate

-Fluent in English; good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
-Minimum 12 years of HR experience with 5~8 years of experience in managerial position
