1. Familiar with customer audit processes and capable of providing clear corrective actions in response to findings, including standards such as IATF 16949, ISO certifications, or ESG-related quality requirements. 2. Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills to work closely with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. 3. Experienced in handling customer returns (RMA) and complaints; able to lead 8D reports, perform 5WHY root cause analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. 4. Proficient in establishing and maintaining Customer Quality Requirements (CQR) to ensure internal processes and product deliveries meet customer expectations and specifications. 5. Capable of independently handling external and internal audits to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
