• Work closely with other functions of the business such as Order Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Business Unit leaders; Provide guidance and direction for the individuals from these functions assigned to support the value stream

因業務量擴增故新增研發設計主管職位，負責協助研發部門的設計、產品標準和新產品開發等功能。
此職位將報告給研發部門的協理，並負責模具設計評估、進度管控、新機種開模評估、製程異常處理等工作。

- 負責模具設計評估分析和圖面檢討
- 管控模具開發進度及量產模具管理
- 負責新機種開模評估、報價、設計審查、模具DFM、試模檢討
- 協助模具承認、技術支援和開模成本評估
- 協助製程異常處理和進行成品不良分析

1.協助部門主管制訂以風險為基礎之集團年度稽核計畫
2.執行年度查核計畫，並依照受查部門不同風險項目訂定查核程序
3.依董事會、審計委員會或主管機關要求實施專案查核
4.辦理法定稽核事項申報作業
5.協助編列部門年度預算
6.辦理部門行政事務及主管交辦業務

*Develop annual procurement plans.
