其中技術員分成4個班別，都有各自的組長，此外，還有工程師跟助理會協助

1. 制定產品開發計劃，領導研發團隊進行新產品概念發想、配方開發、原料選擇、生產流程設計和包裝設計等工作。
2. 建立有效的品質控制流程，確保公司產品在生產過程中和市場上的品質一致。
3. 確保公司產品符合相關法規和標準，包括食品安全、營養標示和包裝要求等。
4. 有效管理研發項目，控制成本並優化資源使用，達成研發目標。
5. 關注市場趨勢和競爭對手動向，了解消費者需求和市場變化，確保公司產品能夠保持競爭力並滿足市場需求。
6. 培育研發團隊的專業職能成長、協作和創新，確保團隊在食品研發領域保持競爭力。

1. Familiar with mainland accounting and taxation, solve and supervise the accounting treatment of investment companies and review their financial statements and tax counseling.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements and establish management analysis data.
3. Prepare quarterly and annual budgets and financial forecasts.
4. External coordination of banking and taxation and other work.
5. Cooperate with the planning of the headquarters and the matters assigned by the supervisor.

1. 具有獨自與通路洽談、開發能力，能操作各平台商品上下架、商品定價、庫存管控。
2. 擬訂策略目標執行、規劃洽談年度通路活動、最適檔期活動、促銷活動規劃及執行。
3. 品牌操作經驗良好，可建置開發與經營策略規劃。
4. 邏輯觀念佳，能獨立規劃業績目標、分析成效以完成公司既定目標。
5. 規劃促銷活動、帳務/合約協議、客戶關係維護。
6. 市場價格維護、新品提報與操作。
7. 蒐集同業競品資料、整合通路行銷資源。
8. 銷售通路之商品陳列設計規劃

Responsible for the management of the diffusion engineering department's goals: 1. Plan, introduce and accept new process technologies, equipment or materials. 2. Plan and evaluate the optimal production mode configuration of various types of machines in the department. 3. Plan and evaluate process stability and machine uptime improvement plans. 4. Planning and introduction of department automation system 5. Human resource management and development of the units under its jurisdiction 6. Tasks assigned by superior supervisors
