Product PM (AIDC)

We are seeking for a dedicated and skillful professional to managecompany product portfolio and develop product business strategy. ProductManager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughoutthe product Lifecycle, including defining the product vision andrequirement, working closely with cross-functional team to deliver theproduct and solution to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals aremet.
Product Manager works to drive and optimize category level productfeatures, positioning and go-to-market initiatives in support of companyproduct portfolio. This includes product launch planning and execution,working with marketing team to develop content and programs that drivefield success, market awareness, and channel enablement. You coordinatewith product development, operation and regional sales to help achievebusiness objectives in terms of sales revenue and market leadership.

1 制定通路行銷策略並實施行銷計畫。
2 市場數據、趨勢、消費者偏好和競爭品牌分析，優化行銷策略。
3 通路行銷活動文案通路、校稿，包含ATL/BTL 溝通素材、數位與社群行銷等；POSM、Digital 素材規劃設計等；活動、直播規畫等專案執行。
4 掌控行銷預算、廣告投放，蒐集定期分析檢討效益 。
5 跨部門溝通及合作

領導與管理：負責廠區日常運營、生產管理、人員管理、資源分配等工作。
生產計劃：制定生產計劃，確保生產進度、產品質量符合要求。
品質管理：確保生產過程符合IATF16949規範，並持續改進產品品質。
成本控制：負責控制生產成本，提高生產效率，降低生產成本。
技術支持：與技術部門合作，解決生產過程中的技術問題。
