5. 光機試組，製程參數調適與試線問題分析及對策導入
6. 跨功能合作 - 光學/熱傳/電子/製程/自動化
7. 執行並協助新技術引進與構思

1. Set departmental and personal performance goals, and lead the team to achieve them.
2. Manage the business department, including work allocation, performance improvement, personnel training planning, etc.
3. Responsible for developing overseas markets (including participating in international exhibitions), finding suitable agents and developing new customers.
4. Responsible for establishing relationships with customers, liaising with them, confirming specifications and orders, and answering related technical questions.
5. As a communication bridge between the company's R&D department and customers, understand the complete delivery requirements, keep abreast of shipment status and track delivery dates, so as to establish long-term partnerships.
