製造主管

1.負責所有工廠的生產製造與生產管理,包括:生產流程的優化、自動化、生產資源的整合、生產效率與品質良率的穩定提升等等。
2.負責擬定所有工廠的生產效率與品質良率目標並擬定達成的策略與方針。
3.負責達成所有工廠的生產與出貨目標以及生產製造的預算目標。
4.負責跨廠區製程及生產績效指標標準化、優化。
5.負責帶領所有工廠的製造幹部以及訓練與培養。
6.董事長以及總經理交辦工作。

業務工程師

1. Promotion of marketing of advanced packaged semiconductor quality inspection equipment
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment; spare parts or consumables related business
3. Those with experience in business promotion related to advanced packaging equipment are preferred
4. Experience in business promotion related to semiconductor quality testing equipment is preferred
5. Have English skills

• Work closely with other functions of the business such as Order Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Business Unit leaders; Provide guidance and direction for the individuals from these functions assigned to support the value stream
• Drive accountability for daily performance reporting and problem solving of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety/quality/delivery/cost/growth (plan, do, check, and act)
• Champion kaizen events with focus on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives; Support lean initiatives by leading/facilitating kaizen events
• Develop associates to reach their maximum potential and build a highly skilled, highly regarded and highly motivated customer focused team
• Participate in budget preparation and long-range capital planning
• Own, develop, and drive the continuous improvement roadmap and implementation plan to achieve operational objective
