• Work closely with other functions of the business such as Order Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Design Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Business Unit leaders; Provide guidance and direction for the individuals from these functions assigned to support the value stream
• Drive accountability for daily performance reporting and problem solving of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety/quality/delivery/cost/growth (plan, do, check, and act)
• Champion kaizen events with focus on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives; Support lean initiatives by leading/facilitating kaizen events
• Develop associates to reach their maximum potential and build a highly skilled, highly regarded and highly motivated customer focused team
• Participate in budget preparation and long-range capital planning
• Own, develop, and drive the continuous improvement roadmap and implementation plan to achieve operational objective
We are seeking a dynamic Business Engagement Manager to drive growth and success in our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing business opportunities by aligning regional offices with HQ strategies, coordinating internal resources, and driving sales and product strategies to achieve our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop innovative sales and product strategies to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with partners and customers
- Implement and adapt global product strategies at a regional level for maximum impact
Formulate production and diverse operational goals, leading the team to accomplish these goals.
Manage and operate manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality, human resources, and procurement to align with company requirements.
Efficiently control production costs, ensure quality, improve efficiency, and reduce production costs.
Effectively manage the quality of suppliers and outsourcers, achieving schedule adherence and production yield control.
Plan and implement a quality management system.
Responsible for various production process improvement projects in the factory area, promoting proposals from relevant departments to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
Execute tasks assigned by the CEO.
1. Sales of semiconductor optical testing equipment.
2. Develop potential customers and expand the market.
3. Regularly visit distribution customers and maintain stable customer relationships.
4. Responsible for business promotion, order processing and product display, and handle matters related to account collection.
5. Plan international trade shows, participate in planning, and coordinate marketing activities (such as: exhibitions, advertisements, conferences).
6. Make a preliminary assessment of the contract proposed by the customer (transaction conditions, production process, product requirements, after-sales service), and seek assistance from other departments when necessary to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
