3.有10年以上上市櫃公司會計主管，具20人以上財會團隊管理經驗。
4.符合證券交易法公開發行公司會計主管資格條件,有會計師執照
5. 熟悉IFRS及國內證管、稅務相關法令。
6. 會計部門組織管理經驗及各式財稅報編制經驗。
7. 具備投資、企業併購相關知識與經驗。
