1. Sourcing new products and vendors.
2. Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on technology, quality, responsiveness, delivery, and cost.
3. Negotiating purchase and contract manufacturing agreements.
4. Reducing costs of raw materials, packaging materials, and private label products to meet annual targets.
5. Managing import logistics for raw materials and products, overseeing international trade affairs including imports and exports, addressing quality issues, and handling payment procedures.

1. Responsible for matters related to computerization of enterprise-wide operations (including factories, product PMs, system software, hardware, communications and information security control of each functional unit), and establish, implement, review, and improve various projects based on the company's operational needs and methods.
