1. 至少15年高精準注塑經驗；用於高速背板和連接器以及模具工程和製造中心管理的高精度沖壓。

2. 至少 6年以上高精度背板、連接器生產管理經驗。

3. BSME 或 MSME 學位或相關學位。

4. 熟悉全球高精度模具製造設備（EDM / Wire EDM / CNC 加工中心...等）及模具材料。

5. 良好的國語和英語溝通能力。

6. 較強的團隊管理、專案管理、分析能力。

-Communicate with customers about product specification and understand customer requirements and design the suitable proposal.
