工作描述

• Manage the overall people, operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the location.
• Establish standards and process relating to new product transfer. Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
• Interface with senior management, customers, and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering teams and program management to deliver products to market.
• Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Responsible for managing and developing a cross-functional team of employees, including training,development, performance management And empowering employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
• Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.agement And empowering employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

工作經歷與專長

• Undergraduate degree required, Engineering or technical background desired.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Operations experience, including product development in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work and collaborate cross-functionally including our Engineering team.
• Six Sigma Certification highly desired.
• Previous experience required leading company-wide initiatives.
• Experienced in leading and developing others.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical capability & creative problem solving where problems are broad & complex.
• Financial acumen; basic financial statement and budget management.
