The resume that you provide is only for 104 Corporation to collect, process, use and international transmission based on the specific purpose of the " Talent Recruitment ". Hiring companies that have contractual relationships with 104 Corporation, will also collect your personal information according to the purpose of talent recruitment.
4. TIME PERIOD, AREA, TARGET OF THE USE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION
The resume provided by you is only used for the specific purpose of “Talent Recruitment” in the area where the hiring companies have contractual relationships with 104 Corporation are located. 104 Corporation will do its best effort to maintain your personal information in secure manner and to store your personal information in the database system for permanent storage until the specific purpose disappears or the date when you request deletion.
5. ENTIRETY AND DETAILED DISCLOSURE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION
The resume provided by you should be disclosed in detail. If it is not provided, incompletely provided, hidden or false information is provided, it may cause the consultants of 104 Corporation or hiring companies failing to evaluate whether you meet the jobs and affect recommendations or employment opportunities.

7. NOTIFICATION OF THE REFEREE
When you provide the referee’s personal contacts, please be sure to confirm that the referee has been informed in advance, and you should inform his/her that 104 Corporation will collect, process and use the referee’s personal contacts, as used for reference check.
8. MATCHING SOLUTIONS
After accepting the appointment from the hiring companies, the consultants of 104 Corporation will make recommendations to the hiring companies after the confirmation and verification of your resume and your intention of career development. If the hiring companies after interviewing you and deciding to employ you, 104 Corporation will assist you to negotiate an employment agreement by both parties.
9. RECOMMENDING JOBS
After accepting this Agreement, the consultants of 104 Corporation will clearly explain the hiring companies and job descriptions during your interview process.
I have read, understood and agreed to the above mentioned items in advance, and I agree to keep the hiring companies and jobs recommended in confidential by the consultants of 104 Corporation. I also agree and authorize the consultants of 104 Corporation can conduct reference check with the referee, the supervisor of my former employer, parallel colleagues or subordinates provided by me, and agree that the above mentioned respondents may disclose or reply to the consultants in any form for the purpose of producing reference check report to assist the hiring companies for evaluation use.
